Submitting a Reservation, Right of Refusal

By Submitting a reservation, you are engaging Legacy Towncar transportation services. Legacy Towncar is agreeing to provide a service at your request but it reserves the right to refuse your request due to unavailability of drivers and or vehicles. If this is the case, Legacy Towncar will communicate this to you immediately by phone, and if such communication is not possible, it will try other means as electronic mail.

Advanced Payment is not required in must Instances

If your reservation is not originating at an airport you will be required to pre-pay or insure payment in advance.

in must cases we do not require that you secure payment but in all instances if your plans change we request that you notify us is in advance of such changes as for Legacy Towncar not to incur unnecessary expenses.

No-shows

No-Shows are expensive for travel operators and as such we ask that you notify us if you miss a flight or flight connection. Legacy Towncar reserves the right to recover any expense for failure to inform us of any travel changes.

Legacy Towncar Failures of Service

There will be instances when legacy Towncar will fail to provide a service due to problems with equipment or unexpected circumstances. Legacy Towncar will make every afford to find a replacement to provide such services and if not possible will inform the you and in such cases refund for the portion of service no was unable to furnish by issuing a credit to your credit card or check via mail.
